Deviare platforms collects a very large amount of personal data and does not use that data for unwanted emails or other marketing purposes. Deviare never transfers personal data to third parties except with express permission by the data owner.

This data collection and privacy notice covers the collection of the following types of data:

  • Contact data: includes business address, email address, social media handles, and telephone numbers.
  • Identity data: includes first name, last name, title, job title.
  • Financial data: includes billing address, bank account and payment card details.
  • User login credentials: for technical support and hosting clients, client usernames and passwords are encrypted and stored on secure cloud platforms.
  • Technical Data: visitors to our website and platforms

This privacy policy aims to give user information on how Deviare collects and processes their personal data through the use of platforms and when a user engage on our services including any data they may provide when they contact us with an enquiry in relation to our services.

Deviare is the controller and responsible for user’s personal data

Please note that the GDPR gives a user the right to lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority within the country in which they reside.

In some circumstances our users are allowed ask us to delete their data from our systems.
