The Challenge
Because the firm had recently built an in-house data warehouse, Botswana Unified Revenue Service wanted to train 10 of their technical workers in data technology and opted to enroll in our Big Data Hadoop and Spark developer training courses. BURS wants to use this training as a stepping stone toward converting the company into a data-driven organisation. This was Deviare’s first major revenue service organisation as a client.
Our Solution
Through Deviare’s Adaptive Learning Platform, a one month programme with a combination of self-paced videos, live virtual classes and project submissions was created. Learners trained three times a week and reported their progress to the team’s IT Mangager.
